What is it about Monday? We wait all weekend wanting to go to gym and can't cause it's or day of rest, about to die with out it. Then Monday comes and all motivation, strength, and will power leaves us.
Is it something programmed in our heads as a child that Mondays are horrible? I know I remember and they are still around today, all of the posts, and papers people put out to media about how dreadful Mondays are.
Maybe it's all in our minds and Monday is just like any other day of our week, just that, just another day. So live it, love it, motivate it!
